Training Programme Conditions

9. Enrollment Requirements

Acceptance into training programmes is subject to meeting prerequisite requirements, availability of spaces, and assessment of suitability. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any applicant at our discretion. Programme-specific requirements will be clearly communicated during the enrollment process.

10. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We provide quality training and instruction, but individual outcomes depend on multiple factors including:

  • Personal effort, dedication, and time commitment
  • Prior knowledge and technical aptitude
  • Market conditions and employment opportunities
  • Continued professional development beyond programme completion

We do not guarantee job placement, salary increases, certification success, or any specific career outcomes. Testimonials or success stories represent individual experiences and are not typical results.

11. Programme Modifications

We reserve the right to modify programme content, schedules, instructors, or delivery methods as necessary. While we strive to minimize disruption, changes may be required due to instructor availability, technical considerations, or updates to industry practices and technologies.

12. Certification and Credentials

Completion of our programmes may prepare you for industry certifications, but certification success depends on examination performance and meeting certifying body requirements. We do not guarantee certification achievement. Any credentials we issue are for completion of our training only and do not guarantee professional recognition or employment eligibility.

Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

14. Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute or disagreement:

  • Contact us first to attempt informal resolution
  • We encourage good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings
  • Alternative dispute resolution may be available
  • You retain all rights under consumer protection legislation

15. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

16. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any successor entity or third party without restriction.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any programme-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and SecureNet Academy. They supersede all prior communications, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

18. Age and Capacity Requirements

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
